Sign Here, Here, and Here According to their bio, "The Company Band" was formed in 2007 just after the well-publicised collapse of the music industry. CKY drummer Jess Margera and Fireball Ministry frontman James Rota II teamed up with a "rainmaker" called Dave Bone and somehow negiotiated the release of Clutch's Neil Fallon from prison. Jason Diamond was later recruited on Bass guitar and for the next several months the 5-piece traded heavily-encrypted WAV files from computers in New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Los Angeles in order to create the mini-album titled "Sign Here, Here & Here".
