Frame is made of monochromatic steel with built-in height adjustment. Each arm adjusts independently in height in 1/4" increments. Height from seat ranges from 6-1/2" to 8-3/4" depending on chair. Distance between arms ranges from 19-3/4" to 20-1/4" depending on the chair.
