How do I start a new Subscription?

  1. Log in or create an account.
  2. Navigate to a product that is eligible for a Subscription, click the "Subscribe" checkbox, and select your shipping frequency.
  3. Proceed to checkout and complete your order to start your Subscription.

Can I have more than one Subscription?

Yes. You can add multiple products to each Subscription or create new Subscriptions with different products, name, shipping, and payment information.

How do I add a product to an existing Subscription?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the product you would like to add to an existing Subscription.
  2. Select the “Subscribe” checkbox and choose “Add to Existing”.
  3. You will be prompted to choose which existing Subscription to add the product to.

How do I change a Subscription name?

From the individual Subscription screen, click on the Subscription title, rename it to whatever you like clicking "Save Changes" when you are finished.

Can I change a Subscription product quantity?

Yes, on the individual Subscription dashboard, locate the product you want to change quantity for and select a different quantity and click "Save Changes". Your Subscription will be updated and you will receive a different quantity amount. You have until midnight on the day previous to your "Next Shipping Date" to make changes to your Subscription.

How do I change a Subscription shipping frequency?

  1. Log in to your account and choose the Subscription you want to manage.
  2. Use the "Frequency" dropdown to change how often the products are shipped.

When will my Subscription be shipped?

The “Next Shipping Date” is the date we process your order. You will receive an order confirmation of your Subscription being placed on the selected “Next Shipping Date”.  In most cases, Subscriptions are shipped the same day they are processed. If the Subscription's “Next Shipping Date” falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on that day but will be shipped the next available business day. How do I change my Subscription payment or shipping address?

  1. Log in to your account and choose the Subscription you want to manage.
  2. Click on “Edit Payment” or “Edit Shipping” to update the payment or shipping.

What products are eligible for Subscriptions?

Most consumable products on OfficeSupply.com are eligible for Subscriptions. Simply navigate to a product and look for the "Subscribe" checkbox.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock when we process the Subscription, the product that is out of stock will be excluded from the Subscription and you will not be charged for it.

What if I do not want the Subscription to ship now?

If you do not want your Subscription to be processed on the "Next Shipped Date" click on the "Next Shipping Date" a select a new one from the drop-down. The Subscription will be updated and you will not be charged for any adjustment made.

Can I add a Sale or Hot Buy product to Subscriptions?

Yes. However, the price is subject to change when the sale or hot buy period expires.

Why did a product’s price change?

The Products on OfficeSupply.com are subject to sitewide price changes. The credit card charges reflect the prices when the Subscription order is placed. Three business days prior to your Subscription being processed, you will receive an email notifying you of your upcoming Subscription. At the point, the prices for the products will be locked and you will receive that price as indicated.

Will I be reminded of my next Subscription date/order?

Yes, we will alert you three business days prior to processing your Subscription. In that Subscription email, you will see the price and where the Subscription will ship. We lock the price of the products when we send out this email so you can be sure of the price you will get at the time the Subscription is processed.

How soon before my Subscription date am I able to make changes?

You are able to make changes to the Subscription up to midnight the night before the "Next Shipping Date".

Why do I need a credit card on file for a Subscription?

The only way to pay for your Subscription is with a saved card. This allows automatic processing of your Subscription order. Once you set your products, payment, and shipping location, you will only need to step in when you want to make changes or there is a problem with your card.

What happens if my card expires?

If your card has expired you will get an email notification that your payment needs your attention. At that time you can update your Subscription payment and your Subscription will process without an issue. If you do not update your Subscription, we will call you for payment of the Subscription. Your Subscription will not be shipped until it is paid for. If you do not want your Subscription at the time we will disregard that specific Subscription and your Subscription will continue running as normal on the next shipping date.

What happens if the credit card fails or OfficeSupply.com declines the payment?

If payment for a Subscription has been declined a Subscription will be created and we will call you for payment. Your Subscription will not be shipped until it is paid for. If you do not want your Subscription at the time we will disregard that specific Subscription and your Subscription will continue running as normal on the next shipping date.
