  • Q:

How is the toweling loaded into the dispenser?

    • A:

The front cover (the darker toned portion) unlocks at the top and flips down at the lower hinge for super easy access. Then just place the trifold towels in place (holds about two packs-we purchase a case of 4000 towels at a time). Then flip up the front cover back in to place. It snaps shut / locked. The plastic 'key' is hidden, stored on the lower back side where the unit flares out away from the wall. What our office likes about this model is that the towels are pulled out through a narrower and angled opening and thus avoids the problem we have had with the other towel dispensers that allow a bunch of towels to fall out together when one is pulled. A problem that was both messy and wasteful.
