The ProFlex 100HV Economy Hi-Vis Spandex Back Support Brace is designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques, while enhancing the body's intra-abdominal pressure to move stress away from the spine to minimize the potential for back-pain. Hi-vis orange panels help keep workers conspicuously visible. Durable, yet economic 280D spandex body is as comfortable as it is supportive. Ultra-flexible, stretchable bias binding features zig-zag stitching for enhanced strength. Before lifting heavy objects, simply tighten the support belt to enhance the body's intra-abdominal pressure; and after lifting, just loosen the belt to achieve a wider range of motion. Innovative Power Panel Positioners keep the tension bands close-to-hand, making it easy to get the desired level of tension. Secure-fit, interior rubber-track webbing prevents the belt from riding up when bending or lifting. Non-conductive polypropylene stays help ensure long-lasting integrity. Adjustable, removable shoulder straps keep the belt on standby until the next lift while allowing the wearer to tailor the shoulder-fit to his or her unique needs. For best results, the support should fit snugly around the wearer's hips, with the front of the support two-fingers below the wearer's navel. When worn correctly, workers can easily maintain the proper posture for lifting, while achieving the extra support required to safely complete the task. Easy-to-use hook-and-loop closure keeps the belt securely fastened while in use. Brace can be worn over or underneath clothing. Machine washable—machine-wash cold and air dry.
