Winsor & Newton Watercolor Art Masking Fluid - WINSOR AND NEWTON-Colorless Art Masking Fluid. A colorless, non- staining liquid composed of rubber latex for masking areas of work needing protection when color is applied in broad washes. Do not use on damp or soft sized paper. Remove as soon as possible after application. This package contains 2.5 fl. oz. of turpentine. Conforms to ASTM D4236. Imported.
