Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Backpack Kit - You can create up to ten fantastic tie dye projects! Just add water, apply the die, wrap and let set six to eight hours and rinse. This 8.25x10 inch package contains five bottles of dye, gloves, rubber bands and project guide within one drawstring backpack. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Comes in a variety of designs.
