Comments about Safco Height-Adjustable Split Level Drafting Table:

I wanted a desk/table that I could work at sitting or standing and this one has given me what I wanted. Compared to other "assemble yourself" products I've done, this one went together fairly easily and the end result is very sturdy. The poorly printed instruction sheet with absolutely no worded instructions was the biggest detraction, giving that "Oh dear what have I gotten myself into" moment of panic at the start.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was very prompt and product arrived in good condition. I called customer service because we met one snag in the assembly process. I was disappointed that I was not able to talk actually talk to anyone with hands-on experience with the product. My questions were passed on and I was never able to clearly explain the problem directly to a technician. They were going to send me a replacement part, which I knew was probably not necessary. In the end, I went back to the desk, backed up a few steps, and figured out the problem myself (I had put one part in the wrong place), and from there it went smoothly and quickly. This could have been resolved more quickly if someone had been willing to talk to me.
