Happy with the product. not happy a part was missing, I have yet to recive. Not happy with UPS shipping as it was dented and holes in box. Looked like they dragged it behind the truck.

Happy, but it wasn't a smooth ride

from TX

Comments about Quartet Infinity 3' x 2' Glass Dry Erase Board:

After much research, we decided to get the frosted board. I'm a magnetic fan and doubling up on tasks the white/black board was definitely a consideration. However, for the purpose and location, we did not want paper cluttering up. We received our two boards. On the first one, while it was being unpackaged (as we were all super excited) one of our team member wrote a surprise message. Only to find out shortly after, that the message was written on the back side, which now has left us a ghost message since all the cleaners, even QRT 551 would not remove it. Called Customer Care and recommended if a note could be posted "do not write" on that back side. As another user mentioned, installation could be easier. No template included, so we were trying to hold up the glass to do the marking, but that didn't work out well. After much creative ways, we just grabbed some old Christmas wrapping paper that had grid to make our template. The drywall inserts are very flimsy, we had to replace one. The boards are up now and we're happy, but it wasn't without a fight.

Product performs well but installation could be easier

from Boulder, CO, USA

Comments about Quartet Infinity 3' x 2' Glass Dry Erase Board:

The product is as advertised and is a great office addition. However, why the product is not sized and drilled to fit standard wall framing (16" o.c.) so the installer does not have to use flimsy drywall inserts is careless. Additionally a paper template or even guidance to make a template from the top of the box would make installation easier and cleaner.
