Create durable, "lock out tag out" tags, out-of-service tags, confined space tags and more using UltraDuty LOTO tags with preprinted danger header. These printable danger tags allow safety (EHS) professionals and operations/facility managers to quickly address temporary hazard warnings and meet OSHA lockout tagout requirements. With hang holes that resist 50 lb. of pull force and material-resistance to UV, chemicals, water, abrasion and tearing, these blank tags are engineered to work in heavy-duty environments. Use Avery's customizable templates to create and print LOTO tags, high-voltage tags, "out of order" tags and more - all onsite with a standard laser printer. Versatile tags with a preprinted danger header can be printed as needed with the precise safety information required. They last up to 2 years outdoors. Each easy-to-print, letter-size sheet includes six tags. Separate individual tags and easily pop out hang holes with convenient microperforations.
