HSM Classic 225.2 Strip-Cut Shredder - Heavy-duty mobile shredder features optimized cutting device technology that tears through 40 to 42 sheets of paper, creating 38 strip-cut particles per page. It also shreds staples, paper clips, credit/store cards, CDs/DVDs and floppy disks. Additional safety shield allows easy feed of CDs/DVDs. Shredder also offers auto stop with LED plus auto reverse in case of paper jams and automatic start/stop via electronic eye. Powerful motor delivers continuous operation. Anti-Jam technology allows quick, easy reverse of paper if machine is overloaded. Hardened, 100 percent solid steel cutters can handle occasional standard paper clips or staples. Powerful, specially adjusted drive delivers high performance and longer periods of use. Tried-and-tested, closed-tooth wheel drive prevents penetration of dirt and slows wear, increasing the service life. Enclosed housing protects against the spread of paper dust. Shredder automatically stops when container is full or door is open.

Offers a security level 2, 11-4/5" throat, automatic start/stop control via electronic eye, reverse button to release overfed paper, standby mode with LED indicator and safety element above paper intake with in-feed slot for CDs, DVDs and floppy disks at security level 2. 28 gallon waste bin includes a reusable collecting bag.
