  Heavy-duty office shredder is designed for high-performance and constant workloads. Shreds paper, staples, paper clips, credit cards and CD/DVDs. Shreds 24 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 16' per minute into 1/4" strips (5.8 mm). Offers a security level 2, 9-1/2" throat, automatic start/stop control, rocker switch for on/off and reverse, reverse button to release overfed paper, and safety shield at feed opening. Shredder automatically stops when container is full or door is open. Removable 8-7/10 gallon waste bin can be tilted out and used as a waste paper basket for nonconfidential documents. Shred bin has a large window to view fill level. Motor has thermal protection. Enclosed housing protects against paper dust. Shredder weighs 25-4/10 lb. (11-1/2 kg.).
