I don't even own a laser printer. I use a basic H-P Ink Jet.
So far, I haven't employed any of the versatile design templates - I just put my message on the first, clear white background. I center it - each line stacked neatly on top of the next. If I want info on both sides I just put it through the printer a second time (remember which side is "heads up")

Say you have a brief message that you'd like 20 or 30 people to have in hand. The template makes it easy-peasy lemon squeezy.

The card template is not effective. The top two cards print too high on the card and the bottom two cards print too low on the card. Have to run the sheet through 2 or 3 times adjusting the alignment and selecting only certain rows to print. Not worth the effort.

          Comments about Avery Business Cards:

I just received the second 250 pack of Avery 5371 business cards that will not tear along the long lengths of the cards. Only one side of the sheet is perforated. The other side just bends and will not break free. Separation leaves VERY rough torn edges on the cards. This latest pack is date coded 21/05/16 TJ 18:53 AR-05. These sheets are not acceptable for making business cards that our business can use.

          Comments about Avery Business Cards:

I like that the product was actually made of paper card stock and that the sheets printed ok on my printer. That's really it. There is nothing else good to say about this product.
The perforations that would allow one to separate the business cards are poorly cut, so the cards tear and look just plain awful. I had to resort to using a paper cutter to separate them. A customer service rep I tried to chat with online basically told me if I wanted a clean edge I should have purchased the "Premium, clean-edge" product. Why should I pay extra for "premium" just to get basic score lines/perforations in my sheets of business cards? Shouldn't clean edges on business cards be a given? Why would Avery make any products this poor?

The additional spacing between cards allows for full bleed (edge to edge) graphics use while the perforations tear cleanly and easily, allowing anyone to create a professional looking card from the comfort of their own home or office. Just needs to be sold in the larger box, like the Avery 5911 standard cards, to be perfect.

We have purchased this item from Avery for years and use them on a daily basis. Recently we've noticed that the quality seems to have gone down. They are not perforated fully, so they are difficult to separate without tearing. (Bending them back and forth repeatedly does not allow them to snap apart easily as they did in the past.) Hopefully they will correct this issue so that we won't need to seek an alternate brand.

These business cards were very easy to make. There were a fair amount of pictures to choose from and my cards turned out really cute. However, when it came time to printing, the last row printed too high, ruining both the last and 2nd to last row. Upon calling, they said I needed to use Google Chrome instead of another browser. It would have been nice to have been flagged about this before creating and printing this so that I didn't have to go through the trouble of calling about the issue and them having to send me a replacement. When I called, they were very friendly and helpful. I didn't ask for a replacement; they offered it right away.

I just ran several hundred pages of these cards to find out that the perforation is completely misaligned. The Microsoft template has equal margins on each side, but the perforation is not centered on the actual cardstock so the left margin is way larger than the right margin. My printer is perfectly aligned so I just wasted a lot of money printing non-centered business cards.

We discovered only after buying this product that our printer can't properly print on the heavy paper used for this product. It prints, but it slips while being fed through the printer and so the cards don't and will never line up properly. Do not buy this product without first checking to make sure your printer can handle it, otherwise you could be wasting your money. We found out through Avery's customer service (since this important information isn't listed anywhere, from what we can find) that the weight of the paper in this product is 86 lbs.

These do not feed in my Xerox laser. If I do manage to get them to go, half the cards end up misaligned and parts of content are cut off.

Getting them apart is another joke. Back and forwards forever and still they tear, leaving unsightly edges.

                                      Gentlepersons:

I have a box of 250 of the business cards 5376 and I have a complaint. The perforations on the side strips work as they should, but the top and bottom strips do not come of easily and cleanly. The perforations "only work on one side" — that is, you can fold one side and the surface of the paper "cracks" but when you fold it the other way, you get an irregular bulge as if there were no perforations.

When I finally got through to Support Chat, they could say was buy the Clean Edge instead! Why make a perforated product if it doesn't work properly??

                                        Comments about Avery Business Cards:

Really these have been my go-to DIY business cards for a long time. I used to work for a low-budget radio station and they avoided bulk orders of business cards. Sales people were always leaving the company, so the ease of setting up a new employee on business cards was super easy process thanks to these cards. They look nice, and printed the station logos very professional using highest resolution on printer and color ink.

There great but I wish the had a little shaper edge that wouldn't come apart as easily. The pricing is a little high but I am still going pay it for this awesome product.
