I am a professional nurse; I write for extended periods of time and I need an ink pen that performs!! The Uniball RT is very reliable, easy to hold and doesn't smear. I would like to see a larger ink chamber, but that is so not a big deal when I consider all of the perks of the pen. It's the only one I use.
