Shipping Rates
Enjoy Free Shipping on qualified orders over $45! The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping is based on the Sub-Total in your cart and does not include tax or any coupons applied. Any order below $45 is charged a flat rate of $8.99. Free shipping does not apply to orders that require LTL/freight shipping. See below for charges on Freight & Oversized Shipping. (below)
We deliver via UPS, FedEx, Veyer and common carriers. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for tracking information to be e-mailed to you, when information is available. Tracking may not be available on all orders.
Order Cancellations
We aim to process orders super quickly, which means the window for cancellation is very short—usually just minutes after you place it!
- Check your Account: If your order is still eligible, you'll see a cancellation button there.
- Once the order is sent to our supplier, it moves immediately into their shipping queue and cannot be canceled.
What if it's too late to cancel? No worries! You have two easy options: Refuse the delivery when the carrier arrives and contact us. Or Contact our friendly returns department after you receive it.
Estimated Delivery
Our estimated delivery dates are noted on the product page and are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at our distribution centers, time of day, delivery location and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center, or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than estimated. OfficeSupply.com can not guarantee any stated delivery date. Please note transit times do not include weekends.
Manufacturer-direct and bulk orders have a longer lead time and are not eligible for same-day shipping. Please allow several days for tracking information to be emailed to you. If you are ordering craft or technology items please allow additional days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
OfficeSupply.com does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or internationally. We also cannot accept orders shipping to UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, mail holding facilities and freight forwarding companies.
Freight & Oversized Shipping
Items that ship freight, including furniture, oversized items, hazardous items, and products that exceed standard carrier weight and dimensions do not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our distribution center to your dock/curb. The shipping charge for these items is $89 for the first item, and $40 for each additional freight item with a maximum total of $400.00. Any item beyond that will ship for free.
Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item off of the truck or inside. Should you need additional services to get the product off of the truck and inside, additional charges may apply.
Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.
Residential delivery may not be available in some areas. Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery only.
