Linksys AE6000 IEEE 802.11ac Wi-Fi Adapter for Desktop Computer/Notebook - Use this wireless mini USB adapter to connect and upgrade your laptop or desktop computers to the newest, most powerful wireless-AC technology. Networking for your desktop or notebook PC, adapter offers ultimate wireless speed and the power of dual-band for high-performance, HD video and gaming. Design supports data rates up to 430 Mbps when connected to a Wireless-AC network band or up to 150 Mbps speed on Wireless-N 2.4 GHz band. Adapter is compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards and supports up to 128-bit encryption (WEP, WPA and WPA2) for Wi-Fi Security. Use the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button for easy connection with wireless router or wireless access point. Adapter also includes USB 2.0 interface support, easy-to-use Setup Wizard and compatibility with Microsoft Windows XP SP3, VistaSP1/SP2, Windows 7 and Windows 8. AE6000 Wireless-AC 580 Dual-Band Mini USB Adapter includes a CD with setup software and resources.
