Great pointer - Impossible battery changes!

from Cedar Rapids, IA, USA

Comments about Quartet Classic Comfort Laser Pointer:

I have had the pointer for several years and I love it's durability. That being said it is a little too durable when it comes to replacing the batteries. I took sliding the rubber sleeve off of it, a pliers to remove the black tip end and then two pairs of pliers to remove the cap to get at the batteries. Hopefully the oil I put on the cap will make it easier to take off the next time.

Doesn't work

from Oklahoma, USA

Comments about Quartet Classic Comfort Laser Pointer:

It broke the first time I pushed the button. I fiddled with batteries and the mechanism for 30 minutes with no avail. Another annoyance was that nowhere on the packaging did it instruct you on how to insert the batteries. I had to google.

Simply amazing, quality!

Comments about Quartet Classic Comfort Laser Pointer:

My gray, Quartet Comfort Gripâ„¢ type (class 2) laser pointer is by far the finest quality pointer that I've ever used; or seen before... I strongly urge anyone seriously considering purchasing a laser pointer to try a, Quartet brand, pointer... In this case, you deffinetly get more than your money's, worth...

How do you put in the batteries? How does the unit come apart?

You would unscrew the end of the laser pointer opposite of the laser output and insert/replace batteries in this cavity.
