Acroprint Time Q-Plus Proximity Attendance System - TimeQPlus Proximity Time and Attendance System is designed for small businesses with up to 50 employees who want to automate their time and attendance process. Expandable to 250. TimeQplus software reports regular hours, two levels of overtime, vacation, sick/personal hours, holiday, and other categories. Supervisors can print time card reports, hours summary, and Who's In" reports. Easy to manage and add additional terminals. Holds up to 50,000 transactions with a user capacity of 10,000 cards. Includes 15 proximity badges, software for Windows and 5' of TCP/IP, USB, RS232 cable, mounting plate and user guide. Software allows you to edit employee punches, view reports at your PC monitor, export data to third party payroll programs, and save data to text file. Multiple terminals available. Designed to work with QuickBooks, exports to popular payroll software. Contact customer service to update to 250 employees."

- Hard To Use
Comments about Acroprint Time Q-Plus Proximity Attendance System:
No "how to use" documentation available. (New user to proximity time clock with lots of questions.) Have to call support for any and all questions. Have to delete logs each pay period. Slow to upload from USB.

A:On the Employees screen of the Time Q-Plus Attendance Software, you can enter new employee information in the blank top row. The Badge field on this line should correspond to the badge number they have been assigned. Press Enter to save this information.Answered on 9/8/2014 by Adam from Columbus, Wisc.
Q:What type of proximity card is useable on this product. I already use KC-10X proximity cards and would like to use a system compatible with those cards. Will this system work with KC-10X proximity cards?Asked on 1/29/2014 by Tom - The boss
