Lathem PC600 Smart Touch Screen Time Clock - The Smart Touch Screen PC600 time clock with PayClock software automatically calculates worked hours, including overtime, and provides tracking of benefit time for your workforce. The time clock is easy to install and setup with plug-n-play type Ethernet network connectivity. It has built-in web ready services so you can operate it without the need to cable to a dedicated PC. And with the included PayClock desktop software or optional PayClock® Online system your time and attendance data seamlessly integrates with most payroll applications such as QuickBooks®, ADP® and Paychex®.
The PC600 time clock’s interactive touch screen display lets supervisors and employees manage time and attendance directly on the time clock. Supervisors can add employees, edit punches and send messages to individuals for fast and effective workforce management. Your employees have the ability to indicate department transfers, enter tip amounts, and view their total hours and benefit time information - all right at the PC600 time clock!.
The PC600 time clock offers employees different options to clock in/clock out and access information from the touch screen display. They can select from the convenience of swiping their proximity badge, optional key fob or entering a personal PIN. The PC600 time clock has a built-in lithium battery backup that stores employee punch data and settings for up to 8 years, so if your network connection goes down, employees can still clock in and out using PIN entry or proximity badges to record their time.

  • PC600 Touch Screen Time Clock offers a simple plug-n-play Ethernet connection; full-color touch-screen interface and a proximity badge reader. Full-color screen allows tips, transfers and edits. 50-employee capacity can be expanded easily to support up to 1,000. Time clock can even be accessed over the Internet. System includes 15 proximity badges (additional badges sold separately) and powerful PayClock software for editing, reporting and exporting to popular payroll applications such as QuickBooks.

            I love this time clock, it's very easy to use the software was easy to install and makes payroll that much simpler. My staff loves using it with the badges and it's easy to check their hours and punches. The pay clock editing software for the time cards is a great asset to our business.

                        What is required to upgrade to more than 50 employees? We currently have 55 employees that clock in and out and we are still growing. Do you just have to purchase more badges or is there an added fee to expand to more employees?

                          You can upgrade to 100 employees by clicking on the P in the left hand corner of this timeclock, upgrade payclock, and select upgrade to 100 employees. The cost is $200. To upgrade to 150 employees, you would pay $400. The max employee desktop for the software is 150. The PayClock Online Enterprise service is required to go over 150 employees.

If we don't have an internet connection where we have the timeclock is the data transferable to a usb flash drive?                           The clock has a one year warranty. The life expectancy is undefined and it depends on the environment in which it is used. The PC600 with the desktop software can be put on an annual support agreement through Lathem and depending on the age of the clock the cost is $99, $148.50 or $185.50.

                          The Lathem PayClock software is able to track a multitude of different
                          wages, pay classes, and pay structures. We have 8 locations throughout the
                          nation and use these time clocks at each location. All time is then able to
                          be polled by our corporate office payroll department in a central database.
                          Payroll now manages all time for the company and all time cards can be used
                          at any location. The employee profiles can be as simple or extensive as you
                          like as well as pay structures and schedules. Hope this helps.
