Q:I received the sign yesterday. This is supposed to be "adjustable" in height. But, from what I can tell, you either have "tall" or "short" unless there's something I'm not figuring out. I can't get the flip clip to close around the top pole unless it's in the little grooves at the very top or the very bottom. Any guidance with this?Asked on 1/25/2014 by Melanie from United States
Q:MasterVision Floor Stand Sign Holder, Rectangle 11x15
1 - Is the whiteboard section 15x11 or does that include the frame as well?
2 - Is the base steel too?
3 - Adjustable height - 66" is that the highest it goes or is that the lowest height?Asked on 1/17/2014 by Melanie from United States
