Comments about Avery Dark T-Shirt Iron-on Transfer Paper:

I bought this transfer sheets over 8 years ago and then printed the pictures 6 years ago. I never got around to transferring them to t-shirts. When I moved 2 years ago I packed them so well I couldn't find them until recently. I decided to give them a try but forgot the instructions on how to do them. Took a chance and followed instructions for a similar product. When I got done, I let it cool for 10 minutes then peeled the backing off. Had a little problem with it, but it did come off completely. The pictures and the colors were beautiful! They'd were of my niece's wedding and I made 2 shirts with those transfers, one for my niece and one for her mom. These pictures were not done by the photographer but were done by me and have not been seen by anyone but me. So these are very special. This was scary as I did not know if these transfers would work after all this time, but they did. Thank you for a great product.

Comments about Avery Dark T-Shirt Iron-on Transfer Paper:

Separating it from the backing required a lot of patience. Otherwise, application was comparable to other brands.

It's been washed a couple of times and it seems to be holding shape and colors. It's more expensive than other brands but I'm hoping it will outlast them.

Comments about Avery Dark T-Shirt Iron-on Transfer Paper:

I am so disappointed in these. For the price they should be MUCH better. They look extremely cheap and are ridiculously over-priced. I bought 3 packages to create band shirts. I will be taking the unopened packages back to the store and throwing the rest away. These are garbage. I could never sell t-shirts that look like this. I'd be embarrassed for anyone to even see them.

The Avery Transfer Paper requires either software to flip the image or the printer to flip it.

                    • A:

Yes, the image needs to be flipped before applying it to the transfer paper. This can either be done using a feature built-in to some printers, or with imaging software programs.
