Lathem 800P Thermal Print Time Clock - Compact time recorder features patented, library-quiet, thermal printing that eliminates the need for ink or ribbons and provides an amazingly crisp, time registration. The Tru-Align feature provides visual and audio alignment indication and automatically triggers an imprint when a time card is properly inserted for legible and easy-to-read attendance records. Steel-tough enclosure provides maintenance-free operation. 800P Thermal Print Time Clock prints day of week and time in 12 or 24 hours. Minutes can be printed in hundredths of an hour to simplify tallies. Clock keeps times and settings during power loss and automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time. Set clock on a tabletop or mount to a wall with the included bracket. Clock requires E8 thermal time cards and 25 cards to get you started.

Q:Does this product have the capability to record in/out for lunch and breaks?
A:The Lathem Time Clock does not record or total employee hours, but the associated time cards with this clock does include room to record a lunch break.
Q:I'm thinking about using this in my work kitchen to keep track of our food timing. Can it punch correctly on thin calculator paper? Would you consider this a quick punch device?
A:The Lathem Time Clock punches quickly, but requires a time card to trigger the punch and would not work with thin paper.
Q:what is the weight of the unit ?
A:The Lathem Time Clock weighs 8 pounds. It does require AC power and is not considered portable.
Q:will this print the date as well as day and time?
A:The Lathem Time Clock only prints the day and time. Try product LTH1500E for a time recorder that also includes the date. Cards are recommended in order to trigger the stamp, but it will stamp on any surface.
Q:How often must timecards be ordered? Can this timeclock keep track of 10-15 employees and automatically total hours?
A:Timecards for the Lathem Time Clock are sold in packs of 100 and each card records one week for one employee. The time clock does not track and total hours.
