Use as a finishing spray or layer over inks and paints to create luminous effects and backgrounds. Available in 12 colors that coordinate with the Dylusions color palette; each sold separately. Each package contains 1 fl oz bottle. Recommended for ages 18 and up. Conforms to ASTM D4236. Made in USA.
