This ruler is fantastic because it is transparent so that you can see your project under the ruler for accurate positioning and marking. Ruler has multiple markings for measuring: 1/16 outer edge marks, 1/8 grid with inch marks, 18 inch ruler and 1/2 inch spaced holes for centering.
