Comments about Master Caster Master Superball Caster ""W"" Stem:

Came with plastic fasteners. I expected metal as pictured in origin catalog. Required a little more work but works great and as as expected.

      • Q:

I am searching for a ball caster that is soft enough to be safe on hardwood floors. I have read a review that says this claimed to be hardwood floor friendly, but actually damaged the buyer's oak flooring. Also, what kind of receiver/insert comes with the caster? What can you tell me?

The directions stated with appropriate stems and fasteners? What kind of stems and fasteners come with the order?

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

The Master Casters include W-type stems. Adapters would need to be purchased for chairs accepting other stem types.

      • Q:

I have a wooden office chair from the 1940's. It needs four casters. The old casters have stems that are approximately .325" in diameter. What is the diameter of a "W" stem caster?
