Comments about CARL 18" Paper Cutter:

I am using this for cutting vinyl decals, which it does quite well. It cuts through the layers cleanly and without a lot of effort.

This cutter would be great for scrapbooking or paper crafts.

Comments about CARL 18" Paper Cutter:

This is one of the best paper cutters I've ever used. I love the large format. It's great for trimming larger page sizes like 11x17. The blade cuts through the paper like it's butter! The only draw back is that the rail the blade rides isn't hinged, so you can't move it out of the way to line up narrower width cuts.

        • Q:

I have never used a rotary cutter so I am not sure about this product. Is the blade easy to change, is the replacements blades easy to find and does the scoring blade fit on the same wheel as the cutter or do I have to switch them out to be able to score?
