A long day of preparing meals can leave your griddle covered in grease and burnt food. This cleaning liquid is designed to be used directly on hot surfaces, helping to minimize maintenance time.
- Use directly on medium-hot griddles (300 - 350° Fahrenheit) to quickly remove baked-on food and reduce cleaning time. Loosens and lifts carbonized grease and food on contact.
- Utilizes Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) ingredients and contains no caustic soda or potash, so it doesn't have an unpleasant chemical odor.
- Safe for use on food contact surfaces. Griddles should be scraped after use and cleaned at the end of each day to help prevent unwanted transfer of flavors.
