    Does this filter slide up and down on the monitor, or does it cover the screen fully and content is filtered through full screen? How much content is filtered - 20%, 50% or more?

      The Kantek Privacy Filter clings to the monitor. If it is the correct size, it will cover the full screen and blur all content when viewed from other angles.
