I gave this product 3 Stars because the product itself is "so,so" . However, we have to use these cartridges because we have to use the machine it is used for. Using them in a HAVE TO situation, The prices at officediscountitems.com is GREAT compared to other sources. If you have to use it, might as well get it at a great price.
