I have been using Charmin Ultra Strong for years and I love it. It is the perfect combination of soft and sturdy. However, reducing the width of it is NOT cool and I will have to find another product. I don't buy cheaper toilet paper because I'm willing to pay a premium for the better stuff. Please bring back the old width and do what you have to do with the price.

I purchased a 12 pack of Chamin Ultra-Strong Toilet Paper a local supermarket on 8/20/13. After taking them out of the package to use them I discovered that all of these rolls were more an 1/2" narrower than the remaining rolls I had in my house from previous purchases! The new rolls were less than 3 7/8" wide as opposed to more than 4 3/8". Unfortunately I unwrapped the rolls and threw away the package prior to the discovery, so I do not have the UPC code. I don't know if this is a permanent change in your product or the result of poor quality control. If it is a permanent plan on the company's part to save production costs while maintaining the same prices, I will no longer purchase the product. The new width is impractical as it is so narrow you need to use substantially more #quite opposite their marketing claims!#. If it is poor quality control, again, I am dissatisfied as I feel I have been "cheated" of my money. I did not intend to purchase toilet paper sheets narrower than the average Kleenex! I have never written a letter of complaint like this before but I am really annoyed by this shoddy and impractical change to what I always thought of as a quality product!

I have been buying Charmin Ultra Strong for as long as I can remember. This last package is NOT the same. It actually feels like sandpaper!!
And it is so thin you can see through it...I fear this will be the last time I purchase this product. Whatever you thought you were doing, it has only ruined your reputation for the best paper. Please, go back to the way you used to make it.

I won't buy anything but, Charmin Bath Tissue. I had friend visiting for a while and upon leaving they left a pack of bath tissue but, it was not Chramin. I don't need to say anything more.

It was bad enough when Charmin reduced the width of their product. Now they are using some sort of inferior cardboard to wrap their toilet paper around. Your customers deserve better!

I have used many brands of toilet paper with many results. I truly hate to wipe myself and have my finger puncture the toilet paper in the process, I never worry with Charmin Strong. It's texture is pleasing, the clean is absolute. It's nice to know I'm clean; with Charmin strong, I'm sure!
